2. Clinical Speech Therapy Services (Colorado Only)

Clinical speech-language pathology services are provided under a separate, formal clinical process:

  • Jurisdiction: Clinical therapy services are provided exclusively to clients who are physically located in the State of Colorado at the time of service, in accordance with state licensing laws.

  • Formal Intake Required: Clinical speech therapy services require a signed clinical agreement, a formal intake evaluation, and compliance with our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

3. Class Registrations, Payments & Cancellations

  • Payments: Payment for paid classes and clinical appointments is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge the designated amount.

  • Access Rights: Class registrations grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, educational use only.

  • Refunds & Cancellations:

    • Educational Classes: Class registration fees are non-refundable once class materials or live access links have been delivered, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific course description.

    • Clinical Appointments: Scheduling and cancellation policies for speech therapy sessions are governed by your separate client agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, class workbooks, slide decks, logos, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rachel M Wynn LLC and protected by copyright law.
