  • Clinical PHI vs. Website Data: Any Protected Health Information (PHI) provided during clinical intake, scheduling, or therapy sessions is handled separately from our general website data and is subject to strict federal privacy requirements under HIPAA.

  • Notice of Privacy Practices: Therapy clients are provided with a separate, detailed HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) outlining how their clinical health records are used, disclosed, and protected.
