Your brain is unique.
How you communicate and care for your brain should be too.
Whether your brain works differently from the people around you or you're thinking ahead about your own brain health, the goal is the same: communicate with confidence and protect the brain that makes it possible.

How I help
I'm a speech-language pathologist with a passion for education. I want your brain and communication to help you live your life and reach your goals, not get in the way.
Here's where to start:
For adults with ADHD, autism, brain fog, or other cognitive-communication differences who want to learn strategies for how their mind actually works, not generic advice.
Colorado residents only.
I want therapy tailored to how my brain works
I want to protect my brain long-term
The 2024 Lancet Commission found that up to 45% of dementia cases may be preventable or delayed. I'll show you what the research actually says and help you find low-effort, high-value strategies to protect your brain.
Why work with me
Rachel Wynn, M.S. CCC-SLP
I've been a licensed speech-language pathologist for over 15 years, with hands-on clinical experience in memory care, skilled nursing, and neuro rehab, and caregiver education through the Alzheimer's Association and Boulder Lifelong Learning. I've been a cross-functional leader in cognitive function and geriatric care, speaking at national conferences and guest-editing a journal issue on long-term care, alongside multidisciplinary continuing education for SLPs, OTs, and PTs. More recently, I applied that same expertise across industries, training colleagues, coaching leaders, and speaking to teams and boards. Now I'm thrilled to be back to focusing on this work full time, with clients and with you.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. I believe in understanding how your brain works, and building from there.
